Soft squid filling lightly crumbed and flash fried, Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) and packed into 1kg bags.

Cooking Instructions

Deep Fry
For 2 minutes at 180¢J.

Oven Bake
230¢J for 12 minutes or until golden. Turn after 6 minutes.

Shallow Fry
Fry covered in 5mm of preheated oil over medium heat for 1 1/2 minutes each side until golden brown.
