Seafood sausage rolls with tartare
Ingredients

(Makes 18)
2 sheets pre-rolled puff pastry
9 Austrimi seafood sticks
2 tbsp milk
1 cup mayonnaise
2 pickled gherkins
1 tbsp capers
Juice and rind of 1 lemon

Method

Cut pastry sheets into thirds and lay 1 1/2seafood sticks along the centre of each third. Roll pastry over seafood sticks and join together by pressing down with the prongs of a fork.

Cut each pastry into thirds. Place seafood rolls on a greased tray and brush with a little milk. Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients and serve as a sauce with the seafood rolls.
